The performance guarantee is available to eligible customers. Eligibility is confirmed during your GTM Audit based on ICP, market size, and product fit.

The guarantee requires mutual commitment. We deliver the system — you provide the access, calendar availability, and collaboration we need to execute. When both sides are invested, the numbers follow.

December is excluded due to seasonal market inaccessibility. During December, services focus on data enrichment, list building, and pipeline warm-up — setting up January for a strong start.

Performance is tracked monthly and reconciled quarterly. Full remedy details — including credit calculations and the "Work Until Done" provision — are detailed in your services agreement.
