Muneeb Ahmed is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Revenue Party. He leads the firm's "Delivery Engine," responsible for the recruitment, training, and operational execution of high-velocity sales teams.
His framework for scale was built at Motive (formerly KeepTruckin), the Y-Combinator backed unicorn that revolutionized fleet management. Operating inside one of Silicon Valley's fastest-growing hardware-SaaS companies, Muneeb learned that early-stage sales is not just about revenue — it is about activating a "Feedback Flywheel," where sales data instantly informs product development to accelerate Product-Market-Fit.
Muneeb specializes in the physics of execution. He operates on the conviction that while you must hunt for top 1% talent, you also have to build it. He believes that even elite performers require a superior system to sustain results. His management approach combines high-performance recruiting with a "Failure as Fuel" training methodology, ensuring that Revenue Party's execution pods are resilient enough to turn rejection into data.
Prior to Revenue Party, Muneeb served as the inaugural sales hire at Poplin, where he architected the initial GTM playbook from scratch — scaling company revenue by 10x in just six months. Most recently, he led fractional Business Development units at Blue Equinox, designing the training protocols for Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
"We don't rely on 'elite talent'. I create an environment where failure is the outlier; where success is inevitable."
