Revenue Party provides the Revenue Party website and Aya. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our service.

Information and how we use it

We collect account information, content you or your organization provide or connect, and usage and technical data. We use this information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

Sharing information

We use service providers, including hosting, email delivery, and AI processing providers, to help operate the service. We may share information with them as needed for these purposes, with your organization as part of the service, or when required by law or needed to protect the service. We never sell personal information.

Google API data and Limited Use

Aya's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Google user data only to provide or improve user-facing service features. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, including personalized advertising or retargeting. We do not transfer it to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.

Transfers to service providers, including AI processing providers, are limited to providing or improving these features with your consent, security purposes, or compliance with law. Humans may read Google user data only with your affirmative consent to view specific data, for security purposes, or as required by law. These restrictions also apply to information derived from Google API data.

Retention and requests

We retain information as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your information, contact hello@revenueparty.com.

Meeting recordings and transcripts captured by Aya's notetaker, and the notes and claims derived from them, are not automatically deleted because of age. To request deletion, contact hello@revenueparty.com. Contact deletion removes notes and anonymizes transcript content; it retains transcript records and does not itself delete recordings or derived claims.
